Usage
glSyMM is used with the mouse and keyboard and provides a small menu for the symmetry operations. For now, you can only perform this operations in the molecule master frame.
Mouse
Left button pressed Rotates the whole molecule
Middle button pressed Scales the molecule
Right button pressed Menu
Keyboard
b Bond on/off
a Atoms on/off
A Ghost atoms (the result of the symmetry operation) on/off
m or M Mirror plane off
x or X Rotation axis off
s or S Slowdown factor (big values to generate more fps thus slowing the program)
ESC Quit (escape key)
